No. The State Department regulations will not allow two applications under the same name. The application will be disqualified automatically.

The petitioner must make a substantial investment to qualify for the EB-5 investor visa. However, the law does not state a minimum dollar amount.

Generally, the applicant should be prepared to invest at least 100,000$ US dollars in the enterprise  to have a solid foundation  for building theirs visa case.

TEA is an area that at the time of thei nvestmant has experienced unemployment  that is at least 150% of the national average rate.

The minimum amount of investmant in TEA has increased as well to 900,000$ [from $500,000] to account of inflation. 

You can live travel work study and invest anywhere in the U.S after obtaining the GC.
If you’re a manager, executive, or business owner, an L1A visa can grant you a stay for as long as 7 years. if you’re an employee with specialized skills and knowledge, an L1B visa grants you a stay for as long as 5 years.

There are 125,000 petitioners selected by the government  each May, all considered as “winners” but only 50,000 Green Cards [GC] are issued.

Not all selected winners will be able to become GC holders.

An immigrant visa allows a qualified applicant with an approved petition to reside in the U.S permanently.

Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China Hong Kong SAR, Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, United Kingdom[except Northern Ireland], Venezuela and Vietnam. 

Every country which has received more than 50,000 U.S. Green Cards through other legal immigration paths such as family or work-based visas over the last five years, are automatically excluded from the program.  

F1 visa holders may work only up to 20 hours per week while school is in session.
During holiday and aocations, the student may work on campus if the student intends to register for the next academic semester.

GC holders can in theory stay indefinitely in the Unites States[U.S], to live work study and inverst in the U.S. GC holders considered  to be  lawful residents, however there are a few differences e.g.: 

U.S residents have the right to vote in every election.
